GM Discounts

When will we know if the Camaro is going to be eligible for GM discounts?

I really want to know when GM will announce if the Camaro is eligible for the Supplier's Discount!!

When you find out let me know. I work for the third largest Fleet in the county and we get the suppliers discount but I am not sure if the camaro is part of that? If you find something out shoot me an email or IM .....PLEASE....

should you order after it is confirmed you can use your discount, or do you just order first?

Looks like we are all asking the same questions, I have a dealer that will accept it if GM offers it, looks like we are all waiting to find out. Hopefully we will be able to find out soon.

If anybody knows can you please post

It will be based on Dealership. We haven't been given the OK yet.

I just talked to two local dealers one wanted $3000 over MSRP and the other said he would honor the GM supplier discount but he doesn't know what his allotment is yet. Hopefully GM will allow us to us our GM card earnings as well.

From what I understand, you can only combine the GM Supplier Discount with the GM Family Card, not the ordinary GM Card.

Just got back from the dealer and he called someguy that said he was almost positive that they would be offering GMS pricing.

Hope this helps.

GM put an advertisement in the Navy Times w/ a pic of the 2010 Camaro SS and the web address to the military discount site.

i would be VERY surprised if they offered the Military discount but not the suppliers

(plus 'Camaro Concept') is already listed under vehicles for the discount.)

It definitely depends on the dealer, I had called around a while back and some of the dealers wouldn't even address my question on accepting the GM Suppier discount. So I would ignore them and move on.

CamaroScotty said his dealership would honor it and he has, got it in writing. It was weird asking for a auth # for a Concept Camaro at the GM supplier site... hopefully the discount amount surprises me ...but it's better than no discount!

I have a GM Supplier discount and was told that it would not be offered on the camaro at first. Please let me know and I'll jam it down the throat of my dealer. Thanks

It's up to your dealer. If they want to sell the car at that price, they can. If they don't, GM doesn't force them too.
