I need your opinion

So i ordered a V6 Camaro on June 3. There telling me i can expect the car to be built around mid august and delivered by late august or the first week of september. Do you think this timetable is reasonable?

The reason I am asking this is because the dodge dealership here in Memphis has given me a sweet deal on a challenger R/T with a lot of options about 6k off of sticker. Im not going to need a car for the month of july as i will be up north but when i head back down south for school and need a car do you honestly think i can expect the car to be in by then (late august early september?)

Thanks

If you can get an RT Challenger for at or near a v6 camaro, it's a no-brainer. get the RT.

If you ordered a Camaro, then wait for it. I'm sure you would have gone after the Challenger from the beginning if you really wanted one.

Your asking people in a Camaro Forum for a "which should I buy" opinion? Hmmm I wonder what the major response`s will be?
To be honest I wouldn`t have a problem with an R/T, if the price is right I can learn like anything.

That's a nice price, but I just think my 2LT/RS is so great that I would not even think about the R/T.

Guess the real question here is, how much do you care about gas mileage? If you don't, then RT, but if you need the extra mileage I'd definitely wait for the Camaro.... actually I'D wait for the Camaro either way, but thats me

To tell you the truth, I had been going back and forth in this. A Dodge dealer keeps calling me and wanting me to come in and talk to them about a Challenger R/T. I even went in and drove one. It is a nice car. It just comes down to what you like. The Camaro is just the car for me! As long as my dealer will sell at MSRP I will be driving a Camaro on the 4th of July. I hope, still waiting for my car to come in.
