Don't get me wrong, I would love to see T-tops!

But I have not heard a thing... just people saying I know this guy, who know's this guy, who is friends with this guy, and I am pretty sure he's married too.... Type of thing

Epcot is right next door to Disney where fantasy worlds come to life, which is what T-tops are........ Fantasy

Think about how heavy that piece of glass would have to be, you may find an aftermarket shop doing it eventually but I guarantee GM isn’t going to do it.

T-TOP? Z/28?

Don't sound like they mix together well... as it would weaken the chassis. I'd want mine SANS T-TOP please..

It's like computers, they give you a little at a time so you buy a new one.

if you want a z28 that is gonna carve corrners i really doubt it would have anything besides a solid roof hence why a zo6 and a zr1 only come solid roofs

I just got back from FL(Disneyworld) Sunday, and the 2 reps there weren't very knowledgable. They were young(20's) and one didn't know a Z06 from a ZR1. They did say "in their opinion" a Z28 is coming, but no details.

I didn't tell them I work for GM too.

It is kinda interesting, it would be nostalgic, I liked it on my '70 vette w/ the pop out rear window but performance wise I would opt for a solid roof. Then again how many are going to road race.

I hope they are correct and the Z28 is coming out soon however, since the same informants said the car would have T-Tops (not a chance), I would not consider them a reliable source. IMHO

Once again the people who know about future GM products are busy working on them and not at a local car dealer, writing for a magazine or at a GM sponsored ride at EPCOT....

So far, the word on T-tops is that they don't pass safety tests. Do you see any current cars on the road with T-tops?

Does a hot chick in a t-shirt sitting in the passenger seat count?
