These wheels pick up every single thing on the road and yes it's noisy, I just started the install of the JDP Halo system, my fingers and back are killing me after the Dynamat, it's a bitch getting old!

For those of you that use battery tenders over the winter months to keep your Camaro battery charged and maintained................here is a deal that I found tonight at K-Mart in West Des Moines across from Best Buy. The regular price on them was $29.99 but they are currently on sale for $22.99.

FRONT OF BOX

BACK OF BOX

SIDES OF BOX

TOP AND BOTTOM OF BOX

I know that I have always used either Interstate Battery branded battery tenders or Deltran branded battery tenders but Die Hard has always had a pretty good reputation with Sears so I thought that I'd give them a try. I just recently had to purchase a Deltran branded battery tender when I purchased the Intimidator SS and I shopped around and found the best price on it for $44.99. These Die Hard branded battery tenders were $22.99 each on sale so I basically got two for the price of one compared to the Deltran branded battery tender.

HAPPY BUILD WEEK!

Some of you may know, and some might not. After my 2011 was wrecked a few weeks back, I looked over my situation and figure I could use this as a positive event. I decided to make the jump to the SS and ordered a 2013 Ashen Gray Metallic 1SS/RS. It is scheduled for production this week.

I just need to be patient a little while longer and it will be here, and I'm sure you all know the feeling.

Anyway, here is the rendering of what it will look like.

Overpar: I love my JDP halos...wish I knew you were putting them on...would have helped out gladly - I can change out the light in about 5 minutes now. They look great!

BenningJ: Oh, how I love the 13's. That is a great car...cannot wait to hear and see it in person.

To amend my post from last night...............today I discovered that Sears had the same exact battery charger/maintainer on sale for $19.66 (apparently Monday - Veteran's Day holiday only). I called K-Mart and even though they are owned by Sears, they couldn't match the price. They told me I could bring them back and get a refund and purchase them at Sears for the $19.66 price which is exactly what I did.

I test drove a 2013 2SS a couple of weekends ago. LS3 and the dual mode exhaust. It was simply amazing. The sound is incredible and well controlled with the dual mode system.

BTW, items still for sale (at a great price! Up to 50% off.):

Roto-Fab CAI (with 2 Oil filters and a recharge kit)
RX ICE-olator (no modifications)

Also, I would like to thank:

Its a Syn (Bob) and Sinner860 (Ryan/Mandy) for their purchases.

Thanks, but that roll cage was / is un acceptable. Im only somewhat old and it was no fun barely squeezing in there. he needs to cut that bar and install a NHRA link so a normal person can get in (or out in a hurry).

I would normally say 'no radio/ no tunes? -no way' but I don't use mine at events anyways- prefer the natural 'car music' sounds.

I like the bluestripe better-too.

thanks for the link-some of those parts are slotted for future phases.

peace
at 8.49 the side bar must be solid (no swing out).
I perfer no radio in events.
I like the blue stripes better then inferno orange

Opinions?
