I love them big blocks! I have a project in waiting, a 70 Chevelle SS396 that I have owned for over 28 years that 5 years ago I bought, a Bill Mitchell "Man-O-War" 600 cu in aluminum short block assembly ..... heads, valves, pistons, rods, and a crank. Been storing a file of information what I want to do when this car gets the *green light*.

Since building up the 2010 Camaro kinda put a delay on this project

Tim S...that is going to be a BEAST!!! Wow.

Saw HRD WRK on the road today...I can tell you it runs and drives again...way to go getting it back together and having it work again! Any parts left over?

I have no idea on mine, when I bought the car, I did the 3 year plan as part of the purchase. So next year then I get to swear

Sorry to see a fellow (green color) 5th gen getting a ticket from state trooper around 2:00 today.

Thought it was Scott, but this car had some decals on the rear side window

Plan on run #4 tonight-a Long one.

No...I don't speed. I swear. Wasn't me.

I just renewed XM and it was $135 a year...but we have 6 cars with it so we get a discount for additional cars.

Spent the day washing the car then clay baring it and then another detailed wash. Wish I could have finished it with a nice paste wax from Adams Polishes, but that will have to wait.

Jason, got a quick exhaust video that you asked for.

I get 5 months for $20, but you have to call and cancel at the end of the 5 months or they start charging you full price. That is all I ever paid since the trial subscription ran out. Call them at the end of the subscription and tell them to do that deal or cancel. They always say that deal is only good for a new subscription, so I say cancel it, then they always say "Wait, let me try something, OK, that worked, we can do it." I always suspend the service during the winter since I don't drive it and continue with the leftover months in the spring.

$104.?? in 2012 is now $166.?? But hey, I listen to it 2 or 3 times a month so what a deal!! Maybe I should just go with the iPod deal. I think I'll cancel it. Thanks for reminding me how little I use it.

XM Radio

Well I obviously plan on keeping my vehicles longer than any of you. But when I renewed the XM on my 2010 Silverado, my 2011 Tahoe and my wife's 2009 Cobalt..................I talked XM into letting me purchase the "Lifetime" package (which they say they don't offer any more so I asked to speak to a Supervisor in the United States) for each vehicle for $700.00 each. Told them that they could either allow me to purchase the "Lifetime" package for all three of these vehicles of loose me forever. Their decision to accept my offer kept me as a subscriber and kept me happy. So............I won't ever pay them again............and yes........I have it in writing.
