I like that car outline glow the best so far, i vote keep that as is.
How about bridge, with integrated tampa bay words as you have it on pic 1.
Then the camaro outline under the bridge/tampa bay, then the camaros word. Make the glow and the color of the car outline and the camaros word similar, and i think it would look good.
If that is too tall the camaro could go partly through the tampa bay words, maybe.
Could do that in white background/black words, like pic 1 and black background/colors as you have in pics 2-5. That would give people choice of which to use for signatures.
Gives same logo across many color options.

I think we have some really great options to choose from. Big thanks to both you guys for giving some great effort. I know we will have a couple more designs that are being worked on as well.

Can't wait to make some of these things official and proceed forward. Really hoping we get a great turnout next Sunday. If we end up using the bridge i think it would be great for us all to plan a Saturday cruise down to the bridge for a group photo op with the bridge behind us. Then some lunch at Johns Pass or something and cruise on back.

My thoughts on the logo: As much as I hate downtown I think of tampa more when I see that than I do when I see the skyway bridge. With that said I really like all of the ideas on page 3.

i find it is interesting that most people so far that live in tampa have posted they like the city, and don't relate to the bridge. I can understand that sure, even if half the bridge is in hillsborough county.

My issue with this is that we should recognize this isn't ny city, tampa isn't that big compared to our region as a whole geographically, even though it does have the most population. As a club, we should make sure there is regional appeal. That should include regional logo/theme. This is why i prefer tampa bay camaros and not tampa camaros. Sorry, but brooksville, largo, clearwater, st pete, bradenton, brandon, riverview, tarpon, new port richey, brandon, bradenton, spring hill, etc aren't tampa. That is just a circumstance of our makeup as an area.

Additionally, tampa skyline isn't destinctive enough, once simplified for logo purposes, that could be any city, jacksonville. Someone not from our area wouldn't recognize that for anything.

Those are my thoughts on this so far.

The name has to be reflective of the area as a whole. I myself am not from Tampa but rather the Tampa Bay area. Tampa Bay Camaro Club sounds very nice to me or simply Tampa Bay Camaros.

As for logo. We have some great ideas and we will vote on the ideas next Sunday. We will have a chance to discuss and come to a majority decision. Not everyone will be 100% happy i'm sure but, hopefully all will be happy with the fact they did get a say and a chance to vote for what they would like.

I am working on several more upcoming events for the club with more details to come. Things will be much easier on my end though once we get some important things made official such as name and logo.

Also keep in mind, this needs to be DOABLE as far as a t-design , etc is concerned..

A thought i am having is that whatever design we decide on. We could always use any shot for things like business cards or flyers. If need be we can have a simplified logo say on a polo or a tee. Maybe just the upper outline of the 5th gen and the club name under it.
