I would really like to ask anyone who has a room reservations at the Host Hotel - Holiday Inn, or in one of the other two hotels across the street, "Hilton Garden Inn", or the "Marriott Courtyard", and you need to cancel, to please send me a PM, or e-mail me at kingsnake_9i@yahoo.com.

I will also be calling these hotels daily to see if there are any cancelations.

I am really looking forward to attending this years Camaro Fest, but I want to be as close as possible.

I can save you a phone call... there won't be openings at the Holiday Inn. We have been overbooked there and the waiting list is long.

Hopefully you can get a room at the new Fairfield Inn & Suites or a lot of folks have booked the Hampton. I think the Holiday Inn Express is still open as well.

Praying for a clean bill of health!! But I do have someone that is needing to withdraw from the Thursday Road Course Day. But ill need to check with her forsure to make sure its not already gone.

Threw my left hip out a couple of weeks ago and now doing physical therapy. Clutch pedal work is "iffy" at best.

Might not be a go unless I get an automatic.

I may have to cancel my August 6-7-8 reservation at the Hilton Gardens but I don't know
how anyone could just take it over. Sounds like if I cancel, it will just go to someone at
the top of their waiting list..... Maybe I should put it up here for bids- pre paid of course
and I'll just let the reservation stand. I don't know if the hotel will honor that anyway.

I've done it at past Fest's. Just tell them you want to change the name on the reservation. Have that person then call and give the CC number to hold it.

For personal reason I Just cancelled my 3 nights at the Hilton Gardens.
Wish I could have gone. 3 priors were great times.

It's become that time of year. As the fest gets closer life sometime changes your Plans ;( I have heard of two people I was looking forward to seeing who have changed there plans :(
