A shame....there are some very nice sounding aftermarket systems out there. I have to pump Tom Henry Racing...only because I've been up close and personal to several of his cars with different muffler configurations - they sound great!

Fun-fact...as we all know, the ZL1 is supercharged...yet it's Fr/Rr weight balance actually is improved vs the SS.

I'm sure we can do that!

I'm very curious to hear what everyone thinks when they get their 1LE. What an awesome car!

Of course...if you don't option up for the dual-mode exhaust, I'll have to beat you over the head....
You'd have to be craZy not to! Awesome that this is a sticky now, easier to find it.

Sir, This is one of the best reviews that I have read, you sound very professional, and best of all that this review comes from an owner of a ZL1. This gives full credibility. I guess that you enjoyed your driving.

Thanks!

It's definitely worth every penny. An outstanding package, something you can be really proud, and excited to own!

If you have any questions, I'd be happy to answer them!

If you don't mind me asking what was final cost on your car? Your set up is exactly what I want. I'm in Canada but I'm going to go state side and want to know how far under MSRP the dealers are selling at. You can PM me if that's ok. Thanks.

I'm over 4K miles and in love. Of course I wasn't stock for long at all but outside of the power increase...I'm still thrilled with every aspect of the car......

....okay, except the weight @ 3900+lbs with the SC on.

Good luck, if you can get your hands on one - you're going to love it!

Glad to read positive comments about the car. For $3500...the changes it makes to a standard SS are out of this world.

I am a hardcore track car guy, and I've loved my Mustangs for a long time now. I've also somewhat prided myself on being a track enthusiast and not a Mustang enthusiast; four wheels and an engine, baby !!! So, when Chevy introduced the 2013 1LE Camaro, I have to admit, it is awesome and puts Mustangs to shame (although we have to wait for the IRS-equipped 2015 Mustang ). Nevertheless, I dig this new 1LE Camaro and I think I'm gonna make the big switch from Ford to Chevy...Mustang to Camaro! In the end, the 1LE Camaro is the better car,...clearly! I have two questions. It seems there's not a ton of head room in the Camaro; this is a problem for wearing a helmet at the track. Any tall drivers out there have problems with a helmet at the track? Two, are the ZL1's front brakes available from Chevy?
