Totaled my car today

Was driving around a turn when a surprise deer made an appearance. I swerved (mistake #1), broke loose, tried to correct, and hit a grass embankment, and flipped over. Fortunately I was able to walk away from it all.

Will definitely be a total loss. Very sad day for me. I loved that car.
Not sure what I'll do next, maybe a C7 is in my future, but I may wait until they price the z/28.
Not sure if I want to post a photo or not

Are you kidding me? I was just about to PM you about a Travi$ Scott track and was lookin' forward to meeting up.

Sorry to hear about what happened man. Vehicles can be replaced but a human being can't. Glad to hear your ok and looking forward to what your next vehicle purchase is. Is anything atleast salvageable? It could always go on your next ZL1?...

God I feel terrible for you, I can only imagine how you have to feel. Glad you are OK physically, but mentally, I would be a mess.

Lol one of my wheels is ok, but it was pretty bad. And I don't really like the styling of the rear on the 2014's, so if I got another Z, it'd have to be a 12 or 13 MY.

Thanks for the well wishes, everyone! I'm fine, just a little bruise on my forearm and the inside of my right knee.
Very blessed to be okay. I have a new lease in life

Be careful when you're swerving to miss stuff people! In all my years as a deputy I've never seen anyone seriously hurt from a car-deer crash. On the other hand, I've seen many seriously injured from accidents like this after someone swerves.

Not knocking anyone or their driving abilities here as I know most times its just a reaction.

Sorry to hear about your car.

Sorry to hear about your accident. The important thing is that you are ok, even though I know how much it must suck to see your pride and joy on its roof..
