Any Oakville, Hamilton, Burlington Mississauga peeps?

I see no one around lol. Wanted to set up a mini cruise this weekend. Maybe hit rattlesnake point, Snake road or something.

If we can find a break in the rain I'm in! Roads up and down to rattlesnake are kinda rough but still fun. Snake road - not sure if I've been on that one. You'll have to show me. At very least we should have a Timmies meet. I don't think you've been out to any of the other events have you?

Where's Kelly? You're in Oakville. Get yer butt out here and represent the west-end! LOL

Looks like sunday will be nice weather. I might be persuaded into going for one last adventure before the season ends.

Nope, Formulahawk - IOM

I think I've seen that yellow around as well. Seen the same one 3 times this summer. Twice while in my baby and he gave a big thumbs up each time.

Let's make it either first thing in the morning or in the afternoon. I want to have time to finally wash her either before or after our drive.

Afternoon would be best on Sunday. I work the bar Saturday night and usually partake in some afterhours events.

Ok ladies and germs - Let's set this up!

What - West-end cruise (all welcome though)
When - This Sunday afternoon; meet at 1:00pm - Cruise departs at 1:30pm SHARP!!!
Where - Meet at Tim Hortons at 80 Market Dr, Milton (Market Dr is just south of the 401 on Hwy 25 (aka Martin St) in Milton
Why - Because Thumper said so

Where are we going? Here's a proposed route I've layed out. Had to do it in 2 legs. I'll drive it tomorrow to check it out but I've been driving most of these roads all summer

OK boys - I just got back from running the route in my truck. Wholly crap! That was fun! The leaves have gotten better this week than they were last week (maybe it's just the local) and this combination rocks! Snake Rd is the bomb and the views of the escarpment are fantastic.

The unique difference from last week's corvette run is this one as several area of fairly tight corners and fewer "big" roads - i.e. fewer places for long runs on major roads. So while the overall distance is less (about 130km) it will still take a good couple hours to run it. While the colours are nice there's a sure sign of how late in the season we are. Lots of leaves on the road! I even kicked the back-end of my truck out in a couple spots so we'll have to Watch It!!

I need to make some changes to Leg 2 to avoid some construction. A couple spots have some lumpy pavement but overall it's all excellent roads. Including one road that is basically 1 lane in spots .

Going for dinner now - updates to come later tonight.
Hope everyone can come out!
