Hey Gunny, wish you could have been up here this weekend... Gorgeous weather brought a bunch of us together for a show... Tim is back to his happy-go-lucky self, and took it really well when I flipped him a ton of sh!t for running down his battery by blasting his stereo for 3 hours

He ended up winning 2 trophies though, so it was all good...

Just had my bail hearing for the sidemarker ticket. Judge asked if I fixed it, I told him NO my sidemarkers are NOT red. He sent me to OC Sherrif downstairs to look at them. Sherrif thought they were red at first, then compared them to the rear. He saw they were in fact amber and signed the ticket off. Then he wanted to know all about the car. Said that's typical CHP

So, I did have to pay a $25 court "administrative" fee.

Was it a fix it ticket or would you have had to pay a few for the ticket.

It was a fix it ticket. I wanted a trial. The judge wanted to know why I didn't fix it, and sent me to OC Sherrif. Once the Sherrif signed it off, there was no need for a trial. The court fee would have been assessed regardless. So, $25 and ticket dismissed. I asked was there a way for that to be waved, he said no the $25 was for the use of the court basically.

So if the officer decided that they were red, what would've happened? Would they have made you replace them and then come back?
