How Do i Take the plastic Door Inserts out?

Ok, i want to take the door's plastic insert out without breaking the plastic rivets, How can I do that? And if I have to break them, what do I need to do to have them sit back in place "properly?"

Save here my kit came with short replacement screws. Took a razor and sliced the tops off carefully. Replaced panel and used the new screws and worked perfect
