Differential failed on 2010 SS

Dealer just called to let me know they ordered a new differential after mine went out with only 21,000 miles. Noticed a strange hum then a few miles later bad grinding. Pulled over and see heavy fluid leak. Just inside of warranty.

Sorry to hear that.

Mods? What was the cause of failure?

That sucks. I have a hum coming out of my ZL1 while driving and turning. At dealer being diagnosed.

Only mods were exhaust and intake, had problems last year with leaking seals, but all was good until now. Not sure what caused it, only street driven and not that hard at all.
