Sputtering from exhaust?

I've noticed that on my drive to work, after about 20 mile so of interstate driving I'll get off the interstate, stop at a light, and i'll hear slight sputtering from my exhaust. Its not a full on backfire, just a lil put-put every now n then. Now, I no longer have the stock mufflers, but I seriously doubt the removal of the mufflers (and addition of custom ones) would cause this issue I don't know if this is something I should worry about or not. I'll definitely mention it to the dealer next time I'm there. Anyone else experiencing this, thoughts?

Maybe it's a back pressure issue?

It doesn't sound like a leak, so I have no clue.

Any time you change a motor from stock like changing mufflers, you change AFR (Air Fuel Ratio). In your case you have made the exhaust better breathing. I recently added a Airaid CAI and also noticed a crackleing sound from the exhaust. In my case, Ive added a better flowing intake system which creates a leaner AFR. This is my theory, take it or leave it!
