Caddy CTS fest at B-Ville today, only saw (4) 5th gens there. We need to get some folks to commit to coming out. Getting really sad when we see more Caddys than Camaros. I know next Sunday I won't be out.

Another anemic showing for DMV C5. It seems The Church of the Holy Donought has fallen of the map. Decent trun out this week despite all the rain. Oh well, I still like it and I'm still doin it.

Actually a few of the DMVC5 folks went to the track today...and we had a farewell party last night for one of the crew that is moving.

It's all good, I noticed on fb that you all gave Gerry a nice send off. He'll be missed no doubt.

I wasn't just talking about this week though. I'm saying in general turnouts have been low. The guy w/ the grey 1LE and the painted on front tag who parks by himself that never talks to anyone has better attendance than most. LOL.

I'm guilty as well, w/ all the rain and all the hours I work, I haven't been around as much. When I do go though, it's rare that anyone has been there. Either way, I'm ging to make the effort to be there more frequently.

How did the track day go? Any video?

Double post, forgive me.

Just ageneral observation I made yesterday. While geeking out over a few cars, talking to people and being amazed how awesome some of their rides were, I looked back where my whip was and noticed people geeking on mine.

I can't explain how nice that felt. Getting compliments on the road, @ gas stations.... those are fine but when it comes from folks who don't know a mustang from a camaro it falls a bit flat.... When around people that know cars, how much time, love and money went into your car, when those car people are hovering around your whip, pointing out details, abd taking pictures. Well, it feels like what you've have done resonates. It feels like.... validation. It feels like, you matter.

It feels wonderful.

Hey guys remember me? I have the convertible black 95 Camaro.i know i cant make alot of sunday meetings (work) but i was thinking of having a BBQ at my house in Pasadena sometime in the beginning of Aug when i get my new 2014 1LE. I would love to make it a Camaro BBQ. Your all more then welcome to come. Ill let you know a date once i find out when ill get the Camaro. All i know right now is that it will be built thw week of July 15.
