Grinding rubbing noise

I have a grinding noise in my front left wheel hub area, would that be the wheel hub going bad? It's not the tires as they are new

Grinding rubbing noise

If you jack the car up on that side to unload the wheel/tire you could tell if you can wiggle the tire/wheel.

Grinding may be your brakes...seems like I remember our pads do not have wear indicators (but I could be mistakenly thinking of my track pads). Again if you jack the car and spin the wheel you should get a good idea.

Edit: just checked the stock Brembo pads...they do have wear indicators but I've had pads wear on a diagonal because the caliper did not apply pressure evenly.

Ok maybe that's what it is. And it only the one side. I jacked it up and it has no play it has a dragging sound and it Takes a little effort to spin the wheel

When my hub bearing (left side) was going out, noise would get LOUDER when turning RIGHT (loading the left side), and QUIETER when turning left (unloading). It was a low pitched, roaring noise.

Couldn't detect any play or noise when checking on vehicle (jacked-up).

Replaced both hub bearings (easy install). Noise gone.

I blame their failure on the factory, 21" tire/wheel combo. The tires were "square" EVERY morning! Tires were so noisy, I didn't hear the bearing going out until the day AFTER I put on the 19's.

Replied to your PM.

If you can change a tire, you can change the hub....that easy...
