OUTFREAKINGSTANDING!! I would have been willing to pay extra for them....now if only they were available in Competition Gray. Oh well....if they only come in black, I guess that'll have to do!

Well Scott told me the same thing at the show, I wasn't going to say anything in case it was meant to be announced latter. But since it's out now its a mute point now.
That was one thing that he wasn't being cryptic about so I thought it would be safe to repeat.
I hope the Black Suburbans don't come after me.

What color car are you wanting? On the Red I am just not feeling the black wheel.

Now, if that wheel were available in chrome or polished, that is another story.

I never noticed before but Scott said that the SSX wheel was the polished one with the space in between the spokes cut out.

They won't!

Silver/machine faced wheels are optional.

No cross-drilled rotors - not needed!

Scott I saw two piece rotors on the demo car. Is this going to make it into production?

Not sure about the Booooss .. however it would be so much better if it wasn't standard in BLACK!!!! ... I'd take polished silver as standard ..

Since I assumed the SSX wheels would be the optional, lighter weight wheel, I wonder if the assumption that it's a lighter wheel is true.

Do you guys still think the SSX style wheel will be lighter? Both are forged I believe. Are the guys who will be now paying extra for the machined/polished wheel only doing so due to preference of style and finish, not performance?

What part about optional silver/machined wheels do you not understand?

I do understand that it may suck a bit for those that preferred the machined wheels as standard and now have to pay a bit for their preferred wheel choice.

The thing is, we don't know yet what that charge may be. It could be a "small" charge (similar to the $500 they charge for polished wheels) or it could be a sizable charge. Just like almost all of the rest of our questions, we'll have to wait and see on that one.
