is there a way to delay both inner and outer brake lights from the center with this kit? maybe a third board?

It has all of the parts that attach to the board. You would just assemble it and wire it in to your tail lamps. |

how much shipped to 60560? Does it come with instructions? Not confident enough in my electrical skills to just follow a wiring schematic. Great job to all who contributed to the development of this by the way.
