Windows
Here is a question I don't remember anyone asking. Does anyone know or did anyone hear if the rear windows will go down and make it a true coupe? something like the Mercedes CLK.

From what I've gathered, there's a high probability that they will be "fixed". :(
One of the nagging issues with production has been weight, and making the small rear windows operable increases weight. |

Well THAT sucks. No doubt. They need to roll down.

What difference does it make? |

I am have seen "b-pillar" and "c-pillar" referenced quite a bit.... can someone clarify what you are referring to?

Here's a shot of the Camaro w/ both windows up and down. I think that GM should wire the Camaro to where once the front window rolls down completely, the rear window rolls down (all electric). That back window needs to come down.

And here's one of what it would look like w/ the rear window up. Don't like it at all....

The pillar names come from when looking at the side of the car. In a four-door sedan, for example, the upwared-slanted "pillar" that holds the windshield is called the "A pillar", the pillar between doors is generally the "B pillar", and the back window is held in place by the "C pillar".
I would really prefer it if the back window went down, but from the looks of the silver prototype, I doubt it will. Is there even enough room between the window and the wheel well for it to go down? |

Honestly, I don't think it would look half bad if the rear window had to stay up...
And I remember distinctly, though not where, that all of the windows were down (or off)... If they did roll down, it would make a big statement, you know, the first coupe of it's kind to offer rear passenger-only windows... |

With the rear windows down I think the roof looks WAY too long. If the rear windows don't roll down there better be a TTop option! Just hide a somewhat thin B-Pillar behind the glass so you can't see it from the outside and it will look just fine. (imo) |
