I assume your ZL1 commentary/wish-list/assumptions is/are DIRECTLY applicable to the "Mystic ZEE" (or is that mythic Zee?)that dances like sugar plums in our wee feverish heads...

I didn't know Number 3 was an engine builder.

Why else would he be Sonic-testing?!

Uh...to carry on the metaphor...does that make me a block-head?

Hmmm, SLP has their own ZL1, maybe Pedders can have their own Z28?

Pete, what would you sell an LS7 based full Pedderized Camaro with a Z28 Label on it for? BTW this is just between you and I don't tell anyone.

I am taking your question very seriously. It may take a couple of days to get back to you.

1 SS
LS7 -Wet or Dry???
Full Pedders with Supercars
CTS-V front Brakes with Two Piece Rotors
Forgelines
Bridgestone RE-11
Hoop with removable cross bar and a pair of 5 Point Harnesses
PS Cooler
Oil Cooler
Motul Brake Fluid
Remove Under Hood sound 'stuff' and toaster cover
Install some type of heat extractor ventss in the OE aluminum hood to save weight compared to an aftermarket hood

Is this what we are talking about?

Yes. Wet sump will do just fine. In your opinion does the tranny or rear need to be upgraded?

Something like a wave trac would be great, but we are trying to be reasonable with costs / price. For a raod coursse car the tranny will hold up. We would need to replace the lube in the half-shaft joints with a higher temp lube.

The big bucks items are:
LS7
Wheels
Suspension
Hoop and harnesses
Brakes

They add up fast.

We could add a few more things, like wider front fenders, carbon fiber replacement panels, LPE power, LPE 9.5" rear differental, driveline coolers, and call it L28.

Wonder why we never thought of that, or did we?

Mike, it would sell better than your "T/A"...IMVHO...

I recall seeing the T/A prototype being clayed in Troy, 2 years ago...along with the Camaro-packaged Red car being clayed...

BTW, how's Jason?
