Is $500's a good deal for wrapping a hood/top/trunk and also windows tinted?

I got the Clear Bra, vinyl spears, vents, tail lights and front/rear bow ties vinyl.

I was actually thinking about taking my car over to them soon. How's the quality of work and prices? I plasti dipped my bowties front and back myself, but would like to have have them vinyl'd on. I also want the tail lights smoked with tint and some other flat black vinyl around the tail lights. Also, what do you mean by vinyl spears?
