well so far since the 1st i just screwed up this past saturday while having drinks , my habbit has always been while im working or drinking and that usually amounts to a pack a day and the at work has been a little tough when i get stressed out i feel like im gonna lose my mind but i just chew alot of gum i think the hardest part for me will be when im out im just hoping to stay good because at a pack a day im looking at saving almost $200 a month

Take it one day at a time and before you know it years have past, I quit cold turkey back in Nov. 1984 and haven't smoked since.
