Diving camaro in the snow

Drove my Camaro yesterday during the blizzard that just hit east coast. 75% of the vehicles on the road were 4wd suvs i did not see any other rwd cars. I have Bridgestone Blizzaks ws70. I was very surprised how camaro did in the snow. Drove accros the town using unplowed back roads. Not a single time tires spun. Im very happy with how my car performed in the snow.

Unfortunately I cannot post pics and videos from my phone. Will do when I get back home.

Blizzaks are f'ing amazing. Up here in Alaska my trailblazer with all season tires needs 4WD to get of my driveway. Put the winter tires on an I'm out in 2WD no problem. Though it is nice to have 4WD for those really gnarly times. I can't imagine driving my SS up here right now. I sure can imagine it in the spring though .

worst part is that the front bumper really isn't good for plowing... especially for the crap at the end of the driveway after the plow truck goes by.

I also drove a bit in the snow..I have 18" steelies on with stock tires. Definitely drove better than front wheels. Had fun! Although if I drop the height before next winter I may not be able to do the same.

I have Pirelli snow/ice 245/275 combo very impressive in snow. I can get a little spin on launch but I also have a converter and the car will probably run high 11's at the track now.

Just be careful. Saw a video of a 5th gen that got badly stuck in the snow and the driver had to leave his vehicle behind.

Yea I fell victim too. lol I had to leave her behind in the neighborhood next to mine for the night. It's got brand new BFG g-force sport comps on it too, still no traction up the slightest slope. Terrible
