Performance Driving Schools/classes in Bay Area? - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

I did some searching (both on the forum and in Google) but I wasn't really sure what terms to search for and therefore came up empty.

Basically, I want to know if there are any performance driving schools around the bay area. I'm a pretty good driver and know how to handle the car but I'd like to learn some specific performance driving techniques - mostly just to say that I know them

I remember Josh saying that he wanted to learn to drift but I don't know where he planned to learn!

Does anybody know of any place like that around here?

for drifting check out ThunderDrift or Sonoma Drift @ infinion wed nights. I know they have an Gymkhana event this Sunday up there. I was told for drifting to get a good grasp on AutoX and Gymkana and it comes a lot easier. I went to the Evo driving school last week which is geared towards AutoX. I had a blast and learned a lot. chevyg1rl signed up for a HPDE class up at infineon which i plan on doing sometime soon. If money is no issue there always skip barber @ laguna seca!
