Its the wink modification girls will be like is ur car winking at me. As a tech i would have told the manager if that had happend i dunno how maybe he didnt open the hood when he tried to change it or some shit and the boss was just like leave it see if they notice people do that all the time to try to avoid the cost of repairs.

i don't see how anyone working on that car would let that go like that..............when my son picked his up someone had burned the clearcoat on the bumper cover where the hood meets it right above the right headlight...........the body shop manager said that they would have to pull the bumper cover to reclear it. i told him i would pull it off and take it to them to paint. that way i won't have to worry about any overspray on the car if they try to cut corners. he told me i could do that....no problem. was very nice. while the bumper cover is off i'm gonna put the heritage grille in .......

If I had to guess, body guy messed up and hoped you would maybe hop in the car and not notice till you got home, then it would be your word against his.
Lesson to everyone: Do a complete walk around of your car with the service guy before and after the work is done. |

service department closed at 530, I got there at 5, so most of them had left. I only had a chance to speak to the service rep at the counter, he was real helpful and said they would do whatever it took to fix it. What pissed me off was the jerkoff supervisor/half owner! jeez no apology and didn't even come out to see it!

All I can say is "UNBELIEVABLE" looks like he couldn't figure out how to take the headlight out so he thought...lift the front facia and it will pop out
