Too be honest...the styling of the 1le has a cheap looking exterior design. I guess it not about the looks but the performance. GM could have came up with a least a different bumper design for the 1le along with different body kit. Can't swallow the price tag for it. Some people who own the 1le would probably just rip that vinyl hood wrap off after a while anyway.

Looks good, But I prefer white. And the cheap hood vinyl doesnt offer any real resistance to rock chips. We did a Toys for Tots run yesterday and came home with a white dot on the hood.

I was wondering about the protection capabilities of the wrap.

Agree. I do think its worst on black though, makes it look like the hood is between primer and paint visits to the body shop.

Really? I don't see how it looks cheap but it's your opinion. I know I'd pay the extra $3500 just for the wheels! They're so sweet!

It's the Performance mods that are added that make the value worth it, and the wheels alone are worth the $3500 in my opinion. I have every intention of ripping the vinyl off the hood and putting my own stripe kit on it, but the 1LE Package is a much better value than the "Dusk Special Edition"

Yes, most won't "get" it, or buy it. It reminds me of the WS6 package for the Trans Am and Formula. Those in the know see the value.
