Follow-up, I bough the ACS TL1 insert and it fit! I even mounted the rain pan. I have a Rotofab intake tube which may be a factor to consider as well. My guess is even if your air tube touches you could remove the rain pan and get the desired clearance with the looks.

Got a OEM vent and tray coming, finally going to do this. I see that the ACS instructions call for different placement of their vent vs the OEM spot. Does anyone know the reasoning behind this? I might try and put mine back an inch since half will get blocked by the Vararam intake.

Modified the rain tray to fit the Vararam. I mounted the vent 11" from the front of the hood to get it back a little further. Figure it'll get more air further back because of the intake. Here's the rain tray: Haven't had a chance to drive it but I'm happy lol trying to decide if I want to have the center painted white

I think so but you might have to drill into the frame up front. I think it connects where the belly pan screws into the frame
