Fuse Pull Concerns

About a month ago i had my Kooks Headers installed on my L99 professionally at a performance shop. They tuned out the O2 sensor to get rid of the CEL but i'm not sure what else they did. Anyway I've had used 87 octane before and a little after installation before realizing i'm an idiot. Now i use 93 EVERYTIME. I want to do the 5&20 fuse pull but not sure if it will default my O2 sensor setting.
