Looking for a Shop or GOOD Dealer Tech in DFW area for help with an Electrical Issue

I recently started having an annoying electrical issue. When I hit the brakes, turn signal, windshield wipers or rear defrost (basically anything that adds an electrical load) the dash lights and headlights momentarily dim out and then come back up to normal.

I'd guess it's a ground issue somewhere.

Classic Chevrolet tried to tell me that I needed my injectors and IAC cleaned...which is about the dumbest thing I've ever heard.

I've had issues with the seat heaters occasionally not working as well, so there's some electrical gremlin plaguing the car.

Anyone know a reliable shop or a tech at a Dealership that actually knows what they are doing in the Dallas/Fort Worth area that may be able to help?

Thanks in advance!

Eric

Call ADM performance and see if they would look into it. I've heard amazing feedback about them.

+3 on ADM. As many Camaro's as they've torn apart and reassembled, they've reached GM engineer levels of knowledge.

I'll see if ADM can get me in. I know everyone loves their work but the last time I tried to have some work done they had a 3 month wait...I guess that's the price of fame! haha

Do you have any aftermarket parts

Is the car 100% stock?

As far as electrical goes?

As far as I know yes. The previous owner did the majority of the work to the car and I know there was once a shift light installed that is no longer on the car. Not sure if anything else was messed with. But there is no stereo changes or any other electrical components added.

I'm putting a new battery in it today since the current 4 month old battery barely wants to crank.

I'm guessing I have some sort of a draw somewhere.

I think Classic assumed that the dimming issue only happens at idle, which would explain why they thought a low idle could be contributing, but it happens at all speeds and RPMs...they didn't investigate very hard.
