OK...just got back from the dealer...looked at my stripes....they had a blue film material over them but you could make out that they are metallic ..pretty close to SIM I would think...they just look almost white in these pics...I'll be happy with em.

This thread finally converted me. I originally thought about IOM, but then decided that that would draw way too much attention. Then I was going to go with black, but that's hard to keep clean and this is going to be my daily driver, plus it doesn't show off the lines of the car as well as the lighter colors.

The aqua didn't impress me one bit when I saw it on the build page on the chevy website, but after seeing it in pics I love it. This is definitely the color I'm ordering (unless synergy green comes out before it is too late for me to make changes, then I will have to decide all over again).

what?! thats crazy, i couldve sworn nothing was in the window, :( ill pass by friday or next week, maybe itll be there. Why didnt the owner pick it up yet? just holding it to show it off?

this color is weird...it looks great sometimes and other times merely ok...ive learned to live with it tho! just like any metallic color it will do this...but its soooo worth it when the sun is shining hard...i saw the HHR a week ago when it was BRIGHT AS HELL out and it looked freakin amazing! yes i said it...the HHR LOOKED FREAKIN AMAZING!

I really want some folks to get there cars in so that we can get more pictures of this color. At some angles it looks just like Electron Blue Metallic and at others it looks just like a Mystichrome Cobra.

Is it the camera playing tricks wit the lighting or is the color actually registering a low level of green in it?

I think the deciding factor for me will be seeing it in person in the light. I was not a big fan of the 03 Cobras Sonic Blue until I saw it in the light and then I fell in love with it. I am hoping this will be just like that Cobra where pictures don't do it justice.

This might just be the color to push me off the fence and make me place an order this summer.

Dont get me wrong your car looks great. I guess im just dissapointed that the wraparound coves on the doors and the dash dont match the light grey on the seats. I thought for sure they would.
