Beat on it today and it handles awesome!
We had a club event today and the car got many compliments due to the stance.

I could not be happier, thank you again for all your help!

Mock up of the tank.....more photos to follow.
This tank will be over 5 gallons and is made from 304 Stainless.
Still has to be drilled for all bungs/ports.

We have completed the fabrication of the tank, pressure tested it, and installed it in the car. This tank is designed to work with both systems offered bay Air Lift Performance. If anyone is interested please feel free to PM me and I can provide more details and cost.

The volume of the tank is a mear 7 gallons.

The final step will be to bead blasted and powder coat.

The recess is to allow clearance for the wire harness and positive battery cable.

The flat cross section is the mounting location for the manifold or manifolds.

We also welded additional port to accommodate two compressors. Not the tank is secured using the battery mounting bracket.

We tested it to 175 so far, this is only due to the limits of my air compressor.

Keep in mind this tank is made from 304 Stainless steel schedule 40 tubing that is rated at 3,000 PSI. The 90's and end caps are also rated the same.
All joints are double pass welds by a certified welder.
This tank is way over kill in the burst department.
