what's the name of your shop? i might have driven by it. done an exhaust mod? if so how does it sound? not sure if i want to go the supercharger route-just a bunch of aftermarket stuff, long tube headers, SLP powerflo cat back exhaust, air box... . was actually thinking of the SLP ZL 454 package-but it seems a little steep- $6400.00 US.msrp. i don't think nicholson will install it either, and there are no "official " SLP installers around town.

Magnusson, CAI (Hennessey), ARH LT headers, Magnaflow 3" competition exhaust all done by Competition Chevrolet. Or ask them about the SLP package, although I have seen the hp curve on a tuned one and was not super impressed, I expected better performance.

True custom programming by Westers Garage in Tilley, AB.

540ish rwhp. The exhast got complements every day I drove the car. Sounds like a muscle car should.

just a heads up on mods...

we had a guy get his truck towed in to our dealership cause it wouldnt start
reults:

CAI (i dont know what brand) $200
HP Gain 16
Water found in the engine 2L
Estimated repair bill $6000
The look on his face when he found not warranty appproved. PRICELESS

Just be careful doing mods, unless you got money to blow id hold
off till after warranty. that way all the bugs get fixed in my car
before warranty is avoided

remember, mods do not void warranties ... just do your research and pay attention ... sounds like the truck above had a CAI put in with no cover and ran thru puddles or standing water ...
