Just waxed my Black 4 week old 2SS RS and I found a small chip under the lower right corner where my bumper meets the hood...

Is there a place i can find this bulletin?

Mine was built in spring of 2010 and the spoiler is not touching the trunk lid and I have chips. I saw these threads appearing last year and kept an eye on mine.... sure enough both sides are chipped now. Gonna get the trunk touched up so the paint still matches and got different spoiler to cover up the touchups.(mpd1 on order)

As a side note I saw the a 2011 1SS RS at the dealer the other day and there's a noticeably larger gap in between the trunk lid and spoiler. Seems as though GM has corrected the issue right at the factory now.

I have an early 2011 and just noticed a paint chip under the spoiler on the passenger side so I would have to venture to say that not every car got the fix. Got to take her to the dealership to have them take a look.

I wonder if I'm covered by the TSB if my spoiler was an OEM spoiler installed by the dealer?

Thanks for the bulletin number. Just took mine in for round two of repair and the bulletin came out after the first repaint.

Thanks again!
