I agree! I haven't told anyone except my wife. I didn't want to have to answer daily questions and make the wait even worse. I read the forums daily and post occasionally so I can satisfy my "Camaro fix".

We are in a small town (population of about 1,500), and everyone knows........we don't even get the chance to tell people before someone else has already spread the word. I think we did fool a few of them when we changed our order from the ABM to IOM about a week after our initial order.

We had been talking about the ABM since April, looking for that color everywhere.

On another note, I'm curious as to why you changed from ABM? My order is a 2SS/RS ABM (as you can tell from my sig) with the white rally stripes. I had a 1975 Camaro with a similar color that I used to race and show, and when I saw the ABM on a car I fell in love with it!

We would be happy with either color. We really liked the ABM color best when it was in the sun, the color changes quite drastically when it's cloudy or low light and I think that is what made us decide upon the IOM in the end. We like the IOM color in all lighting, so we changed to that.

We definitely like the white rally stripes...

Yeah I really like the way the white stripes stand out.

I also went back and forth about the beige leather, but I decided on the black because I thought it would be easier to maintain.

I think the black actually looks best on both the ABM and the IOM, and much easier to maintain.
