Spyder headlights / HID

I have a set of HIDs in my spyder headlights. I have been having a problem with my drivers side bulb only coming on every now and then.

At first it would flicker and then go out. Other times it would come on and stay on. Other times it would never come on.

I added warning cancellers and the flickering went away. From here it would either come on and stay on or not come on.

I then added a relay straight to the battery. Still having the same problem.

The HID bulbs came preinstalled in the headlights, so I am wondering if anyone has any recommendations on how to remove the bulb so I can swap it to the other side without having to remove the entire headlight again as that is not fun.

Thanks

Edit : Figured it out : Rubber piece slides off, pinch 2 metal pieces to release bulb, disconnect wiring harness to replace bulb as it is 1 piece. Swapped sides, bulb is bad
