V6 to CTS-V brakes
I have found a set of 04-07 CTS brakes on here that I'm liking for my V6. I had a couple questions that the search function has not totally answered.
1) These calipers look 100% bolt-up but I can't seem to find solid confirmation anywhere. Will I be ok with these? I realize they aren't the 6 piston version like in the 2009+ CTS-V but I'm not looking for track performance, just a nice upgrade in function and looks. 2) I have the 19" rims that come stock on the 2010 Synergy. Will they fit properly over the brakes? I'm looking for a set of 20" rims but even then, my winter tires will still be on the 19" rims. Can somebody confirm for me please? 3) What's a fair price? Looks like everything is included, everything is new except the rotors.

They are the same brakes as the standard SS brakes just different paint job.
I'm not 100% but I believe 19" will fit over the brakes. |

Also calipers with no hardware pads or rotors are going for around $650.

No, the stock 19" wheels won't fit over the brakes

Not stock but aftermarket wheels would the front calipers are 6 pistons and the rears are the same as the ss brakes.

The ones that I'm looking at are not the 6 piston, they're the 4 piston. From the looks they are the same as the SS Brembos. Without the "roller skates" would the 19" wheels fit?

I think you need a 5mm spacer in the front for them to fit. The back is ok.

Some just run wide enough wheels to fight and it's all good. The Pedders track car runs them with 19x10.5 but not sure which offsets.

19's will fit as long as the wheel face is designed in a way that it gives clearance for brakes. Even 18" wheels will fit as long as they are designed correctly.
