First one I got didn't fit or feel like I wanted it to. They gave me no problems returning it and exchanging it for another. Spent a good while on the phone with me and made sure I got what I wanted. Awesome customer service.

I just bought this same helmet from www.pitstopusa.com. I first received the Simpson Bandit and it didn't fit good at all. They were very helpful over the phone and got me this exact one. The fit is excellent and extremely comfortable! Where did you get your custom visor decal? I have been looking, but have yet to find something good...

I got it from one of those sticker making places in the mall. It took awhile as the didn't have the format of the SS and 1LE in their system. So if you do this get your info(logo's)before you go there, it will save you time.

I just ordered a new Bell today from amazon.com because I already knew my size. (current helmet is also a Bell). I believe Bell enforces a Minimum Selling Price for their dealers, but I got free 2-day shipping from the wife's PRIME account.

Anybody know of a helmet with the lowest profile? I am 6'5 and could really use a low sitting helmet.

Best thing to do is google a local motorsports shop and go in and try the helmets, the last thing you to do is get involved with shipping back a helmet because the one your received is no the proper size.

Carbon fiber helmets will give you the lowest profile. Beware of pricetag shock.

I've always worn a garage sale $5 motorcycle helmet at the track. I guess times change. NO full face helmet for me and my severe allergies.

I wear a lightweight half-shell carbon fiber skid-lid when I need to wear one on a motorcycle.
