Stolen From Heintz Racing: 2001 Haulmark Edge Trailer

Mooresville Area: Stolen last night from our parking lot was our 2001 Haulmark Edge 24 foot trailer.

It was stolen between 11:30PM on 7/9/11 and 10AM on 7/10/11. Both rear door locks were cut off, and the tongue lock was also cut off. These items along with the wheel chocks were all that were left in our parking lot. The trailers electrical plug has also been rewired (I guess whoever stole it did not have the correct plug, so they cut/stripped/and re-wired the plug in our parking lot.) Here are a few details about the trailer-

White in color
Checkerboard floor (Rear section by door has triangular tear on the floor)
Aluminum Wheels
Painted White Interior walls (Painted Plywood, not Sheet metal)
Has a side generator door.
Winch
Front wall has a strap track on it.

NC Plate BL75014 VIN 4XSGB24231G032324. Only thing different exterior wise is placement of the Edge decal on the front, it is in the center on the front panel, they were placed off to the side from the factory. If you have any information or see this trailer, please contact-

I hope we do too. Luckily nothing was in it. This is the sole reason we have a section in our shop dedicated to car storage. We have never had an issue with anything getting stolen in the 6 years we have been there, but there is always a first for everything.

We paint super large black NHRA/IHRA license run #'s on the roofs of ours so if one is ever stolen they would show form the air (if you could ever get a PD to actually look for one aside from just taking the report). This has gotten more and more prevelant and the thieves far bolder in the past 5 years or so.

Wish you luck and feel for the loss. Not much makes me agrier than thieves.

Agree completely. Good idea on the roof, but our local police pretty much told us that it wasnt going to be found, sorry. Did not even bother to take the locks or check them for finger prints. Hopefully something will turn up, but its highly unlikely. I have it listed on 6 local boards, so we have alot of people keeping an eye out.
