Thanks. Will do. I tried to buy a house around the corner from where I live now 2 different times that had a 12,000 Square foot lot with an additional garage/ guest house with its own drive way. Probably a good thing I didn't get it, or I wouldnt get rid of anything.

Went and checked ou the house! The guy painted the inside but left some major things from the inspection untouched. Told them we're removing the offer til that stuffs done!
