Sunglasses?
It is sunny and warm(ish) here in North Alabama. Cruising in my baby is good times for sure. However, when I get out I am never quite sure where to put my sunglasses. Do I leave them "hanging" around the shifter? Put them in the case and let them sit on the guages? Dump them in the center console?
My two "cup" holders are generally filled by my Blackberry, cellphone, and a bottle of water. If I am running in and out of somewhere real quick I don't typically take those things with me. I hate dumping stuff in the center console because that ends up being a catch all for change, cologne, and gum type items. For now I just wear them on my noggin, but I sure do miss the designated drop down sunglass holder thingy doodle (pretty sure that is the technical term). So where do you put them? |

i have this problem too. So far I've opted for the Center Console.... :(. but the only thing is mine is my ipod, a usb drive, and my sunglasses.

Center console for me. I only have a USB thumb drive in there with some MP3s and a charger for my Blackberry. But I also don't use the Camaro as a daily driver. I might have more stuff in there if I did.

Depending on your sunglasses you can just leave the sunglasses open like they would be on your head and slide the sides over the sunvisor. So basically if you were sitting in the seat your sunglasses would be looking at you on top of the visor like they were on someones head. I did this with my 95 and it works well in the new one as well. Or you can get a clip like said above and have them held that way. I have one of those as well to hold my safety glasses that are sunglasses and use the visor for my metal sunglasses.

Me too. I wear prescription glasses and sunglasses, and bought a nice blue visor clip from my optomitrist that does the trick.

On my face.
Seriously though, if I leave them in the car (rare... I'm usually wearing a dress shirt for work so they just go in my shirt pocket) they are in the cup holders.

I use a visor clip, I bought one at walmart for under $5. nothing fancy but does the job! Although I have a bad habit of leaving them on my head!

I slip mine over the corner of the visor...arms between the visor and head liner and lenses down...works great on the inside back corner...
