You made the same mistake I made...didn't take the "O" ring off the camara cover...I didn't have a screwdriver small enough...you can't really hear anything in my video's either...its a shame cause their was some beautiful sounds made by those LS3's and L99's out there.

When you take the O Ring out.. the wind noise is so bad no good sounds come through either. Put a soundtrack to it and it works like a champ.. <grin>

That Orange car was pretty quick.. too bad we got hung up a few times.. cant wait for a true open track.. We are going back on the 24th.. THey are having a track day.. I think I got one of the last open spots.. I will know if i made it on the list tommorow.

I mounted mine inside the car on the windshield...you can faintly hear the engine...I wish I'd a had a smaller screwdriver cause I really wanted to have the engine noise in the video...Oh well, I'll do better next time. I'll get some vids up late tonight or tomorrow for sure, still traveling today from a meeting in TN.

My son shot some pretty nice videos from inside the car of both hot lap sessions. We were behind the taped up SS and his exhaust note comes thru loud and clear (along with my V-6 and silly commentary). He is going to post these with a few other videos from the meet tonight.

ill post mine up here later this evening..i wanted to get some vids on the trip home with the hero cam..i only got 1 video from the track cause i guess i accidentally erased the first ones or just didnt get any. i have just a couple vids that are good from my actual camera but anyway i went to take some hero vids on the ride home to show you guys how curvy my roads are around here and the batteries were already dead.ima drive some today and post a couple pics of the road to the store and our everyday road..along with the talley vids and pics i got..still recooperating and im beat..ten hours in a sports car with a bad back and parents sucks.lol

Here is one of my "hot lap" sessions (second session)...I really didn't try to push the car that hard, especially in terms of speed. With speed you have to tax your brakes and I really didn't want to end up with warped rotors, or brakes that needed bleeding. Way fun though, can't wait to do it again. crank your speakers all the way up, its hard to hear it.
