I Installed Them
My car was devoid of stripes when I bought it. I thought I would buy the factory stripes and have them installed. When I found the kit cost nearly $500 and the install price was $273 I looked elsewhere. Finally, I bought my stripes on ebay for $63 and installed them myself. Oh, yeaaaaaa...there are faults, but looking at it from 20 feet away, you can't find them. Then, I bought some matching material from our local sign shop and cut out "mail slot" graphics and installed them along with covering the gold Chevy emblems with black material. I think the entire theme makes my Camaro look sinister! I love it.

Metallic Silver on Imperial Blue Metallic. 1969 RS Look
SS style strips (Compete Bumble-Bee kit) included stripes for non SS hood scoop panel. 1st choice was White base with Blue - but too long wait for white and local dealer had one of a kind deal on 1LS in IBM. Opted for Silver metallic - a classic 1969 RS package. Avery Nano Fusion Clear Bra applied over front fascia and first 20" of hood. Stripe kit $75. Installed by Daytona Auto tint for $75.

Switchblade silver is what they call Silver Ice Metallic on Corvettes. Same paint code, just different names. Switchblade sounds cooler and its a vette color, but since it is on our Camaros, lets call it SIM. Im jus sayin.
