I rented a 2SS at LAX and after taxes and I paid for the LDW...unlimited mileage...it was $214. I didn't think about renting something else then upgrading at the counter. Wish I had. Maybe I'll have to rent one again but yeah I used the following code for a discount.

A678290

it dropped the price significantly when I reserved it online.

it makes sense the way people are wrecking the rentals.

I want to see someone live in the car for 24 hours. Only getting out for bathroom breaks.

Like the did in Top Gear once, yea it was stupid but funny.

Does anyone know if the Avis at KCI still has Camaros available? Their site shows Kansas City as an airport location that has them, but I've tried reserving one online for just a day or two, and have tried almost every day up to 3 months from now, and they don't even show on the list any more in the options list, as sold out or not available! I'm debating over buying the 2SS, or the 2LT to save money...I would just like to rent the LT for a day or two to get a feel for, and see if I would be happy with the V6, or if I would have to go for the SS.

You'll have to work the phones or just go there and check. I hear phones are nightmare. It does not show Camaro's at SAT intl airport location but I saw 2 there so the web system is flawed.

Rented a LT1 from Avis @ Dullus Airport for 110$/day but since then the price has went to $148/day. There is some codes to use you can google and it's good for a small % off.
