Possible NE Dragway meet?
well if you guys were at the Uno's meet a few weeks ago you probably heard me go on a rant about my car and the clutch and shifting issues it had i just got it back last night and i want to see if there is an interest of a friday night meet and drag... i know alot of people on here havent been on a 1/4 mi or havent ran their C5 on it yet ... wondering if anyone wants to shake off the cobbwebs or pop their cherry before chevy fest in oct ?!?

gates open round 4 first run goes off at 5 i dont know if they still do king of the hill (bracket type) drags on fridays ... i need to see what my car can run when it doesnt grind 2nd gear 3 or 4 times before it goes in... should knock down my time a lil bit and without the clutch slippin (hopefully) it'll be better we'll see ... how about we shoot for the 10th so we can get Jeffa there you in 600??

I'm holding off till the SCCA Autocross points season is over...
I can't risk breaking it this late in the season. I am 3rd in points right now for street modified division in the SCCA.... 3 AutoX events to go... I have broken every car I run at NED...  at one time or another..I am very hard on cars there.. I had a 900 HP Camaro that ran 9.42 at 155 all day long.. It was my only survivor. |
