I installed steering wheel controls and PDIM. Now I need to get my BCM updated. Can someone please tell me where to do this?

Try East Hills chevy in Douglaston. They're pretty cool about mods.

since there factory pieces. give the service dept in your local chevy or even the one where you got it from. it would prob cost you like 120 bucks for the hour but i don't see why they wouldn't

East Hills has still not figured mine out. Plus my iPod disappeared the second time in.

You have likely not heard about the iPod because I did not make a big deal about it. Do you have an extension I can reach you at?

How does one not make a big deal about a "missing" iPod? I would have been furious.

Very true and I'm sure others would be as well. But in the grand scheme of things an iPod is just not worth getting worked up over because that isn't going to make it reappear. I've worked in a service industry (valet) and holding an entity responsible for the actions of one is not really fair. Do I believe it was an honest mistake? Nope. But I also believe if the dealership could single out the person responsible they would be fired.

The service rep has already told me to bring in a bill for a new one and they will cover it. Not much else can be done. I'm honestly more pissed that the USB isn't working yet.

This is at Douglaston. I'm going back in there Thursday morning and hopefully the PDIM gets set up right.
