Modded Car to modded bike?

Anyone else get the bike fever in their early ages? The 5th gen already at a level where to go up in power level it will cost me 5 digits (stroker, trans).

So... Went out and impulse bought a bone stock cbr600rr. Already ordering full bolt on and gearing for it. Either going to be the best or worst decision of my life!

600s are fun and sick fast out of the gate but wait till you get the liter bike itch. Things get blurry real quick. Nice bike btw, I like the platics on the CBR's

I'm scared of speed to be honest. I won't be racing it just showing it off and having some fun runs. I don't even have balls to get the camaro to 150.

No street down here for liter bikes. I think a full bolt on geared 600 with some little things here and there will be plenty fast for me hopefully for a few years!

Two words from me. TURBO BUSA
I started with a ZX6R many years ago. no matter car, bike, whatever, speed you become used to after awhile and want more. I have NHRA and IHRA license and do it safely on a track. Be safe nice bike.

Your shitbox won't even go 150! That's money you should have dumped into the car.

FWIW my buddy was only doing 50 when he wrecked. Was just cruising, not showing off. Just be careful and enjoy your new ride

And please atleast wear a helmet

Yeah ok lets see how long that last. You will be looking down at the tach and realize your doing 147 in no time. Its much easier to hit those speeds on a bike. Everyone starts the exact same way. "im not gonna do this", "im not gonna do that". You will dont worry. Just respect the bike and the bike will respect you.

The CBR's are great fun, I've been wanting to buy a Ducati Panigale for some time now but have been enjoying my Dyna instead.

Nice, should've gone with the 1000 though.
If it's your first, 600 isn't a bad decision..

I got tired of my 600 with my buddies pulling away on their 1000's so I had to upgrade.
Picture was from a few weeks ago, never set the date on the camera... One thing I wish they would've put on the 1k was the gas gauge. Never understood why the 600 had em and mine doesn't

No other feeling like 180mph, hell of an Adrenaline rush

I can agree with both statements, after 80 feels like 50, 120+ all feels the same until you get closer to the REV limiter and you're helmet starts to shake.

But keep the shiny side up as been stated, and just keep a look out for other idiots on the road. Offensive riding is your friend

Once upon a time... that's what I said. Then I moved from an R6 to a GSX-R1000. Power to weight ratio is that of a SeaDoo! (Everyone trolling the FI section, you know what I mean....)

This pretty much sums it up.
