Going old school

I have recently purchased a sega genesis 2 console for the sole purpose of playing one game that i have been dying to play for 5 years and i couldnt remember the name of it till this weekend and bought on amazon and it actually cost me more than the sega system i bought there too. The game is called Aerobiz supersonic and im so stoked and i hope it comes tomarrow or thursday. Anyone else go back to the old games and systems?

I hardly have enough time for my new games, I always sell my old ones (except my Coleco, they will have to pry that from my cold dead hands). Sometimes I'll download a classic game from PSN for nostalgia, but I usually play for a few days and give up. My reflexes aren't the same as they used to be LOL!

I haven't run into a modern game that can keep up with the difficulty of games like Contra, Ninja Gaiden and Castlevania on the NES. Kids these days have no idea how easy they got it and always wonders why an old man like me can smoke them after playing a game once.

BTW here is a picture of a large portion of my collection:

Yep the sad consequences of apartment living, they don't let you mount a damn thing. Back in my house days my living room had a mounted 42 inch with shelves for all the systems. Some day.....the world will be whole once more.

While I love the classics, Ocharina of Time will forever be my mistress.
