Made it home safely last night around 7:45 pm after 9 hours of driving, and cleaned up my car today. I had enough of Pa turnpike drivers to last a while.
PQ, I saw your Camaro at the hotel and track, but didn't get a chance to meet you. Maybe the next one, cause we had a blast at this one! |

I made it home 4:30 p.m. today..
Only issue I had was a hawk (or an Owl - was tough to tell, but it WAS a large bird) that decided to play chicken with a semi.. was hit by it, 2 car's and then used as a speed bump by the tires on my truck. I couldn't swerve as I was towing my 28' trailer... no damage to my car/trailer/truck.. the bird was not so lucky. RIP... |

22 hrs of driving from Indy to Salt Lake City, took a 2 hr nap at a rest stop in Nebraska. Hit my 1500 for the break in on my 2013 ZL1 on I80 just after sun up, and opened her up. WOW, worth the wait! Rolled into SLC at 4pm dog tired and still made it to work this morning.
Was AWESOME to meet everyone and be a part of the COMMUNITY at the Fest! Thank you to all the volunteers that made it happen! |

I always end up home praying I didn't accidentally leave anyone hanging. Inevitably I think it happens. But I hope to meet everyone at future events. |

ok can finally say im home! Long 2 days of driving.
Only casualty for team stache is the windshield, construction semi tossed it up across the barrier. Oh well thank goodness for free glass coverage.

We left around 10am Sunday and got back about 9:15pm. We had several hours of blinding rain and 35 mph driving in KY and NC on the way.
Great time was had. Nice meeting you PQ. We didn't get a chance to chat much but all is good |
