Seems like you may have had a bad batch of fuel at the pump if their saying it could be water in the system. Many of us get misfire CEL's in the cylinders because of bad fuel, dirty plugs (LLT's run rich from factory), or dirty MAF. Damn these engines lol!

didnt you say in another one of your threads that your car was running richer than normal after your MRT install? I would start by rechecking all the work that was done. I know my camaro has been running rich since i changed my exhaust to the MRTs but i never got a CEL or a Misfire although i did feel them. I guess it was to minor to trip a CEL.

well i just took a paper towel and took a slight wipe of the inside of my exhaust pipe and it was very black.
I prolly got a bad batch of fuel but im surprised cause i got shell v power and have for awhile. damn 2 cent! But hopefully that was just it cause im fixing to really add more stuff to it but ill just wait awhile before i add the catch can and iceolator

You have to understand, changing the rear mufflers is NOT going to make a car run richer... what it going to do however is allow more black soot to exit the tail pipe, especially with a straight thru design like on the MRT... if you were to open the stock mufflers up you would find a lot of black soot inside them...
Also what was the actually code?

Mine threw the same misfire codes after one rough start. After a few seconds the idle evened out, but the codes stayed. Ran my scanner and cleared the codes, no issues since. That was a month ago. These computers control a lot and the occasional hiccup should be expected. Glad everything checked out ok.
