you can install those your self, as long as you have the connectors that the picture shows, then its simple. i just did something similar in my f150, the connector plugs are great and worth it. just look up how to remove the speakers and you should be fine

You could also check with Steve at ********.com. He sells all the adapters and whatnot also he puts together some speaker packages.

I recommend you save yourself the money and install those yourself. There are some very good DIY's on this forum that you can use for the installation.
